Delivery

Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 6 PM and will be delivered by same-day 10PM. Orders after this cut-off will be delivered the next working day.

Deliveries are made daily between 10am and 10pm, including weekends and public holidays (unless stated otherwise).

Yes, we deliver across Singapore, excluding restricted areas like Jurong Island, military camps, and some secured premises.

We offer time-slot deliveries. Please select your preferred time slot at the shop page.

If no one is available at the delivery address, our driver will leave the flowers in a safe spot (such as at the door or with a neighbour, where possible). Please note that once the flowers have been left, we are no longer responsible for any damage or deterioration caused by weather, heat, or being left unattended for an extended period of time.

Return & Refunds

Orders can be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations after this period may incur charges.
